hi, i received a free jar of something called sambal oelk with my order at www.indianfoodandspices.co.uk but i have no idea what to do with it! do you have any ideas i love indian food and am ok with chinese too

I am a Malaysian Indian live in California.
Sambal Oelek can be used for various dishes
such as fried rice,fried noodle called Mee
Goreng or can be added into any soup dishes
for the spicy taste. A jar will last u for
at least 2 months and if it is refrigerated
after every use. Enjoy your Sambal Oelek!
