Mocha Cinnamon Drink

Skip your trip to Starbucks this week. Try make your own delicious hot mocha and share it with your gorgeous other half ;-).

Ingredients:

• 500 ml fresh or skimmed milk
• 4 tbs Cadbury cooking chocolate
• 2 tsp instant coffee powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 4 marshmallows

Method:

• Simmer milk in a pot until hot but not boiling. Remove from stove and set aside to cool slightly. You may also microwave the milk on high for two minutes.
• Add chocolate powder and coffee powder.
• Use a hand blender to whisk mixture until foamy.
• Pour into two cups. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
• Add marshmallow on the side.
