BAD SERVICE

on 15/08/09 i and my family went to one of the outlet in puchong, opposite the puteri mart market. this is our FIRST time visited the Tupperware, but i experience the WORST service in my life... the receptionist / person in charge whose at the front counter ignored our arrival... NO BASIC GREETING, NO COURTERSY ASKING WHAT WE WANT... NOT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT US... when i asked for catalogue to view... RUDELY AND SOUND VERY HASH "SHE" JUST POINTED THE CATALOGUE IN FRONT OF HER OUT TO ME .... WHAT KIND OF SERVICES IS THIS... IS THIS HOW THE RESPOND SHOULD BE...? never before been treated like this in our life... its a nightmare to us....
